Spring Tips to Avoid water damage

Published on 2/24/2020 Please shovel your snow/remove ice from in front of your units to avoid water running from the roofs down and creating a dam that allows water to sit and/or possibly run backwards into your units.  This happens at every storage facility in the midwest, the only way to prevent it is to keep the snow away from your doors so water can run away from the buildings.
